• Use only approved ad formats and placements
• Send genuine, non-incentivized traffic
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent clicks, impressions, or conversions
• Bot traffic, VPN, proxy, or automated tools
• Incentivized or misleading traffic sources
• Manipulation of ads or tracking systems

5. Payments

• Minimum payout threshold applies
• Payout schedule: Daily (NET3)
• Payments may be delayed or withheld due to fraud
• Chargebacks or advertiser disputes may affect earnings

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Adhux may suspend or terminate accounts found violating policies. Earnings generated from invalid activity may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and trademarks belong to Adhux. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adhux is not responsible for revenue loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from platform usage.

9. Modifications

Adhux reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be handled at Adhux’s discretion.
